Our Process

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Our team will discuss your ideas with you and advise on fabrications and suitable printing, embroidery methods for your collections.

MATERIAL SOURCING

Our sourcing team works with our local network of suppliers to provide you with a variety of fabrics, trims, buttons and zippers for your designs.

SAMPLING

This is a crucial part of the process and allows you to test the materials, the fit, the branding application and the functionality of your garment before starting production. Sampling process usually takes 2-3 weeks, this period may change due to availability of high quality fabrics. After you see and approve the first sample, we will make necessary corrections and move on to the production phase.

PRODUCTION

With our production facility in Turkey, we have the capacity and flexibility to produce a wide variety of styles. Due to global demand and stiff competition for high-quality clothing, we continue to invest continuously in people, machines and processes. That's why we are equipped with modern machines and automation technology in spreading, cutting, production and packaging. Combining these with experienced collaborators allows us to produce efficiently with precision and short lead times.

After the sample is tested and any changes are discussed, we create an order form as a final confirmation so that we can proceed with your bulk order where each garment is carefully crafted by our experienced production team. After confirmation and receiving of the final approved samples, purchase order, artwork and the down-payment, the lead times for manufacturing apparel will generally take from 4-8 weeks.

QUALITY CONTROL

We strive to create quality products that will keep your customers coming back. A dedicated team equipped with inspection and testing machines constantly monitors quality throughout the production process. We always aim to meet and ensure our customer’s quality standards.

After quality control checks, All items are steam ironed, neatly folded, packed individually into poly bags and boxed before shipping to the final destination.

SHIPPING

Widely connected to a network of forwarding companies we are able to send the goods to any part of the globe by land or air. We work closely with freight agents and global couriers to ensure you get different options and competitive prices.
